Ultimate Truck Parts LLC would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC exclusively ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will only ship to the fifty U.S states which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an international address not listed above, Ultimate Truck Parts LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund back to the customer that made the original purchase.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED OUT?
Products marked "In-Stock" will be shipped the same business day. Products ordered after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Products without this message may be directly shipped from the manufacturer or out-of-stock. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will send an order status update with the products ETA by the next business day. If you need immediate availability, please contact our customer service team by email or by telephone.
HOW lONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
If the product is in-stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days from the shipment date depending on your location. Special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. Packages will not be delivered on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on major holidays, this includes expedited services such as Next Day Air. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99.99
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC Free Economy Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $99.99 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items, oversize items, Transfer Flow Fuel Tanks, ATS Transmissions and BD-Power Transmissions. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion.
APO/FPO SHIPPING (Military Address)
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because Ultimate Truck Parts LLC utilizes UPS. (Which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC shipping insurance is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping insurance in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping insurance applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, fill out the brief Claim Form below and an Ultimate Truck Parts LLC customer support team will respond within 1 business day to finalize the process.
This coverage insures the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from Ultimate Truck Parts LLC or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping insurance must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping insurance may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping insurance amount can NOT be refunded. This is a product replacement insurance and therefore Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will NOT refund your money.
The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s). The combined limit will never exceed the original order subtotal. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will replace each product a maximum of one time.
FILING TIME FRAMES
Time to File: Maximum 60 Days from Date of Shipment.
Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days for Domestic Shipments, 30 Days for Canadian Shipments.
Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 7 days of receipt.
If your product is not replaceable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacturer, Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is nontransferable and will expire 60 days after the shipment date. All replacement shipping cost covered by Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will be UPS ground.
Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been submitted, processing takes an average of 8-10 days. After a claim is approved Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.
Customers filing more than one claim may experience a delay in product replacement due to increased investigative time. Any fraudulent claim will make you liable for prosecution.
Core credit returns will be accepted within 180 days of original purchase. After 180-day core credit refunds will be at the discretion of Ultimate Truck Parts LLC. Core returns after 120 days will be issued Ultimate Truck Parts LLC store credit only.
To return your product core for credit, fill out the Return Form. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC will email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's original invoiced value after inspection.
Please drain all fluids, if any, from the core. The core returned must be a like-for-like make, model, type and part number. Cores will not be accepted from a salvage or junkyard. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
PRODUCT RETURN SERVICE
A return merchandise authorization number is required and must be written on the outside shipping carton.
Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
Returnable items must be received by Ultimate Truck Parts LLC within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (Determined by UPS Tracking info)
Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
Original shipping cost and shipping insurance charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Products can only be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange for the same item. Product cannot be exchanged for a different part number.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
Product has been installed and/or used
Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
Seal on electrical parts is broken
Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
Product is deemed not resell able by Ultimate Truck Parts LLC due to customers own actions in dealing with the product.
