ATTENTION: Products on this website are designed, tested, and listed for mid-size diesel/Gas pick-up trucks unless otherwise noted. Many products will NOT work on E-series vans, Excursions, 4500/5500 series, F-450/550, heavy duty trucks, and motor home applications unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions about a product working for a specific application please contact us first, refunds will not be given for products installed or attempted to be install on the incorrect application. Prices and information on the website can change without notice. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC reserves the right to completely refund your money in the event of a misprinted price. Ultimate Truck Parts LLC holds no responsibility for any damages incurred from the products we sell. Any warranties offered on other manufacturers products are through their respective manufacturer, and not through Ultimate Truck Parts LLC. The products on the website are after market performance products and accessories. Install and use these products at your own risk.
AVAILABILITY
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC prides itself on having the industry's largest selection of diesel performance products In-Stock every day. However, back orders, production issues and delays in transit do occur. Products marked "In-Stock" have at least one unit in-stock and ready to ship. Products marked Out of Stock, directly ships from the manufacturer or Made-to-order will have longer processing times. In some cases, due to demand a product marked In-stock may become unavailable by the time your order is placed. In the event this happens, you will receive a backorder notification with the anticipated ETA. If you need additional availability assistance, please contact our customer service team by email or by telephone.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Ultimate Truck Parts LLC may special order certain products that are offered by manufacturers on the Brands page, but not listed for sale on our website. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special-order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary delivery time, so estimated times of arrival are not guaranteed. Special order products are not listed on the website and must be purchased directly through a sales representative.
WARRANTY
All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly. Under no circumstances shall Ultimate Truck Parts LLC be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
