All B-Stock is specially marked and can not be returned for credit, exchange, or any reimbursement. Warranty is purchased As Is. The picture in the listing is a general image for B-Stock, and does not represent the condition of the ballast you may receive. Expect to see scratches, dings, and marks on the ballast itself.
